Satisfied or refunded

At Marc & Monsson, we take care of every detail to offer you an exceptional experience.
Each order comes in an elegant box which also includes two samples of our perfume.
You can therefore discover your new perfume without fear.

How ? By trying your perfume with the samples without opening the 100m l bottle . In case of dissatisfaction, we will refund your purchase in full.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to complete your trial.

The shipping costs linked to the return of your item are our responsibility, you will receive your return label directly by email.

Please note, we insist on this point, the 100ml bottle must not be used and in the condition in which you received it to be able to be returned. It must also be in its original box. You can keep the samples or reposition them in the box.

To complete your return, we ask you to attach the invoice for your purchase which will be sent to you by email and in your package.

An address will be provided to you by email in order to return your product.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item not in original condition that is damaged for any reason not due to error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you the reimbursement time, approximately 5 days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@marcandmonsson.com

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
