Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Each perfume is delivered in a box with two samples, to be eligible for our “satisfied or refunded” offer you must have tried our perfume only via the samples provided. Reimbursement of your order cannot be accepted if you carried out your test with the 100 ml bottle. This information is sent to you by email after confirmation of your order and also in your package.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Note that delivery costs (shipping, customs, etc.) of the product (outbound) will be deducted from the refund (except in the case of an offer where delivery was free).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Send us an email at contact@marcandmonsson.com and we will give you more shipping information.

Product returns for manufacturing defects
To trigger the sending of a new copy, please send us an email to contact@marcandmonsson.com with your order number, first name and email used, explaining the defects of the product in question.

Product returns beyond 15 days.
Beyond  of a ​  deadline  of  15  days , and due to incompatibility, your order is no longer eligible for a refund.
